Summary


The purpose of this challenge is to give students an opportunity to explore several engineering fields used in the aerospace industry. You will work as part of a team of 3-4 students to build a device from supplied components to solve the challenge problem. On challenge day, teams will present their solutions to actual Air Force Research Labs personel along with some representatives from aerospace engineering firms.
This exploration is broad level and intended to help explain what each field may offer as a career. The challenge also is designed as a platform to find great new employees for our workforce. By participation in this challenge, students may be offered employment opportunities from partnering organizations.

Requirements


- Junior or Senior and 16-19 years old

- Up-to-date Resume

- Social Security Number Required for Air Force Base Access

- Availabile to Meet with Team at Least Once Per Week
